pKa Plugin：酸解離定数(pKa)計算
広範囲の分子に適用可能なpKa計算プログラム
多くの分子は環境により水素を得たり失ったりする特定の官能基を有します。それぞれのプロトンの取得あるいは喪失までの電離平衡はpka（酸解離定数）と呼ばれる定数によって表されます。pKaプラグインはパーシャルチャージディストリビューションに基づいてイオン化され得るグループのpKaを計算します。分子中のイオン化可能な原子数に上限はなく、蛋白などに対しても利用できます。
