logD Plugin：分配係数（logD）の計算
イオン化可能な官能基を持つ化合物は異なったイオン化フォームの混合物として溶解状態で存在します。 イオンのフォームの比率はpHに依存します。 logPが1つのイオン化フォームだけの疎水性を表すので、見かけのlogP値は異なっている場合があります。logDは任意のpHにおける オクタノール水分配係数を計算します。
