logP Plugin：分配係数（logP）の計算
logPプラグインは水/オクタノール分配係数を計算します。結果はlogPの数値以外に各原子のコントリビューションをMarvin Sapce（別売）で表示することもできます。Viswanadhanらのパブリケーションにもとづいた計算方法が採用されています。通常logPは中性化された状態で計算されますが、ChemAxonの改良されたアルゴリズムではイオン化された状態のまま計算が行えます。

logD Plugin：分配係数（logD）の計算
イオン化可能な官能基を持つ化合物は異なったイオン化フォームの混合物として溶解状態で存在します。 イオンのフォームの比率はpHに依存します。 logPが1つのイオン化フォームだけの疎水性を表すので、見かけのlogP値は異なっている場合があります。logDは任意のpHにおける オクタノール水分配係数を計算します。
